David Potters is a multidisciplinary performer, writer, and producer.
He has originated roles in world premiere productions by Seth Zvi Rosenfeld (House of Blue Robes, LAByrinth Theater Company) and Pulitzer Prize-winner John Patrick Shanley (Prodigal Son, Manhattan Theatre Club).
His writing for performance has been presented/developed by LAByrinth Theater Company, the Cherry Lane Theater, La MaMa ETC, Nublu, The River, and others.
As a culture writer and essayist, his work has appeared in Interview Magazine, Highsnobiety, and The Iffy.
He produced and hosted the storytelling showcase Freshman Class at Bowery Poetry Club (2016-2018), and has produced and programmed the reading series Good Evening Rep (The Jane Ballroom, Georgia Room, and others) since 2022.
